1. Scope and seller
These Terms & Conditions apply to consumer purchases made through minixswitzerland.com for delivery in Switzerland. Wholesale and other business purchases may be subject to separate terms.

2. Products
We present our caps as accurately as we can, but colours can look different depending on your screen and the lighting in photos. Our cotton caps are handmade, and textiles can vary slightly in pattern placement, stitching or size. Such small variations are not defects as long as they don't materially affect quality or use.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). MINIX Switzerland is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the prices shown are final. Delivery costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.
4. Orders and contract
Before submitting your order you can review and correct the products, quantities and your billing and delivery details. The automatic order confirmation only confirms that we received your order. We may first check payment, availability and order details. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, for example an obvious pricing or technical error, an item being unavailable, a failed payment or suspected fraud. Any payment already made for an order we can't fulfil is refunded in full.
5. Availability
Most caps are available in small quantities. If a stock error occurs, we'll offer you an alternative or refund the unavailable item. You don't have to accept a substitute.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change over time.
7. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, such as free shipping from a minimum order value, apply under the conditions shown in the shop when you order. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can't be combined with each other or exchanged for cash.
8. Cancellation
You can ask to cancel an order by emailing info@minixswitzerland.com. Cancellation is possible as long as we haven't started packing your order.
9. Delivery
We deliver within Switzerland. Processing times, shipping methods and what to do if an order doesn't arrive are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise.
10. Returns and size exchanges
You can request a size exchange or a voluntary return within 7 days of delivery. The caps must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached, and the customer pays the postage for sending them back. Size exchanges depend on stock. The full conditions are in our Shipping & Returns page.
11. Faulty items and warranty
Please check your order when it arrives. Report visible faults, a wrong item or a wrong size within 3 days of delivery, and visible transport damage within 24 hours where possible, with photos. Hidden faults should be reported as soon as you notice them. These requests help us resolve problems quickly and don't limit your statutory rights. For an accepted fault or our mistake, we provide a replacement or a refund and cover the necessary postage. Your statutory warranty rights under Swiss law remain unaffected.
Normal wear and tear, damage from not following the care instructions (for example washing too hot or tumble drying), misuse, accidents and excessive pulling are not defects.
12. Safety
Caps with ties are designed for supervised wear. Never leave a baby to sleep in a cap with ties, and check the cap regularly for wear.
13. Events outside our control
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as major carrier disruption, severe weather, strikes or official measures.
14. Liability
We remain liable wherever liability can't lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for losses caused by improper use, not following product or care instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Intellectual property and photos
Our brand, logos, product photos, texts and designs are protected and may not be used commercially without our permission. If you tag MINIX Switzerland or post a photo of a MINIX cap, we will ask for your permission before reusing it.
16. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms for future orders. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
18. Severability
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Mandatory statutory provisions always take precedence.
19. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. Your statutory rights to bring proceedings at your place of residence are not affected. These Terms are available in several languages. If the versions differ, the German version prevails to the extent legally permitted.
